LD52: Harvest Moonlet
Harvest Moonlet
My game for Ludum Dare 52. Made from scratch in 48h.
Harvest Moonlet is a cozy farming simulator. Play as an alien controlling the rotation of a moon. Align the tomatoes to the position of the sun or a rain cloud to optimize the growing times and harvest a decent crop.
Controls:
- LEFT: Increase moon rotation speed to the left
- RIGHT: Increase moon rotation speed to the right
- SPACE: Stop moon rotation
- MOUSE: Control the moon rotation speed with the slider on the UFO

Finally got to play it, it's a clever and endearing concept! Reminds me of The Little Prince :)

It's fun! Worked fine on Mac. I think a timer and some indicator of 30 being the goal would be a nice addition to incentivize optimal play. The tones were strongly melodic. I like the hand drawn aesthetic. Nice jam game :)
Thanks! Originally I wanted it to be more fast paced but I couldn't find good keyboard/mouse controls for the planet rotation. With the sounds I wanted to go for a wind chimes or vibraphone aesthetic, but I was unable to get that out of jfxr ^^
Really enjoyed it, nice concept
Thanks!
